紅柚: 3斤左右1個, 冰糖: 200g, 蜂蜜: 300g
步驟
1柚子用水沾濕,再用鹽搓一搓,清洗乾淨後擦乾水,再用小刀削下柚子皮,儘量不要白色部分,白色部分會導致過分苦澀

2柚子肉去掉籽和皮,儘量弄乾凈一點

4淡鹽水稍稍泡幾分鐘,去苦澀,泡完後擠一擠水

5在鍋內放入柚子皮和冰糖,加水大火開煮,我大概加了800ml,水太少後面要加水,水太多炒干不易,大概兩倍柚子皮的水比較好(兩倍不是重量,是體積)

煮的過程請時不時攪拌,避免粘鍋
