7切塊後饅頭裹上雞蛋裝盤放好

8平底鍋熱鍋加入花生油燒熱放入香蔥和蒜頭炸出香味

9放入裹好雞蛋液的饅頭塊,煎至一面金黃再翻動另外一面,最好用小火,好有足夠時間翻動
