1用小火慢慢地炒熟黑芝麻,炒到一捏粉碎,就代表熟透了

2黃油用電動打蛋器打到發白,倒入細砂糖和鹽,用刮刀稍稍翻拌一下,以免開啟打蛋器時,砂糖和鹽四處飛濺

3繼續用打蛋器打勻,分三次加入雞蛋液,打至全部吸收,再加下一次
