2魷魚解凍去黑皮膜洗凈~

3腌制: 魷魚放入容器內,加入精鹽,雞精,白鬍椒粉,料酒,腌制10分鐘以上~

4雞蛋打入碗內打散成蛋液備用~

5將腌好的魷魚圈放入澱粉中裹一圈~ 在放蛋液中滾一圈~ 最後放入麵包糠中裹上一圈~ 依次做好全部放入盤中備用~

6鍋內倒適量油待油溫熱放入魷魚圈轉中小火炸至~ 定型後用筷子不時推動(炸的均勻)~ 炸至金黃色即可~ 炸好立馬撈出裝盤(以免炸糊)~
