麵粉: 500g, 發酵粉: 11g, 肉: 300g, 蔥: 適量, 雞蛋: 一個, 野菜: 適量
步驟
1準備好材料,發酵粉在溫水中拌勻

2將拌勻的發酵粉倒入盆中,和面,成型後取出,在案板上多揉幾下

3放入盆中,蓋上保險紙,發酵1~2個小時

4趁面在發酵中,趕緊來做餡料

5放入蔥,野菜,雞蛋,蚝油,鹽,芝麻油等,還要倒入些許水,包子餡才好出汁

6一個小時後取出面,多揉幾下,搓成長條,切成塊,並把塊趕成餅狀

7將餡放入

9包好後放入鍋里,繼續發酵15分鐘,不要開火

10十五分鐘後開火,再蒸15~20分鐘,到時間後關火,悶5分鐘再開鍋。
