米飯: 適量, 蛋清: 2個, 鮮蝦: 適量, 洋蔥: 適量, 魚籽: 適量, 蔥花: 適量, 食用油: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 料酒: 適量

1準備好材料,鮮蝦去殼去蝦線,加鹽和料酒腌著待用,雞蛋取蛋清,洋蔥切丁

2鍋中倒少量油,倒入蝦仁和洋蔥翻炒至蝦仁變色,洋蔥變軟,盛起來待用

11醬汁周邊點綴一些薄荷葉和鮭魚子,最後撒點歐芹碎,橙色系的鮭魚子和蝦仁和綠色醬汁、香蔥的撞色搭配,看起來就比較鮮活,拍照也可以形成反差,會比較鮮明好看
