原料
白鯊粘米粉: 100克, 雞蛋, 瘦肉碎, 蔥花, 胡蘿蔔絲, 醬油: 1個, 50克(隨意), 少許, 少許, 隨意
步驟
1將粘米粉稱100克出來,放入容器內,加入250ml水攪拌均勻

2雞蛋打到容器內攪拌均勻,瘦肉提前剁好,加入少許生粉,鹽、白糖、醬油、花生油腌好

3將水燒開後,將烤盤均勻刷油(烤盤每次倒入粉漿時都要刷油)再倒入適量粉漿,加入肉餡,蔥花上鍋蒸一分鐘(每次倒入粉漿時都要拌勻再放入烤盤)

4拿出來,用鏟子鏟起腸粉裝盤

5蒸好的腸粉

6澆上醬油(鍋里加水倒入適量生抽,加少許白糖同鹽,切蔥花剩下的蔥頭也放進去,一個朝天椒,少許花生油煮開就好啦),可以開吃咯
