小技巧
麵糰要軟硬適度,太軟或太硬都不宜包制。紫薯粉用量根據麵糰軟硬度調整。 烘烤時間不宜太長,表面烘乾,即刻出爐,否則內部黃油融化,月餅會垮塌掉。
