步驟
1先做雞肉卷的蔬菜夾心:所有的蔬菜洗凈,全部切成細絲(除甜玉米粒),雞胸肉洗凈待用;

2平底鍋里放20克黃油,小火融化;

12藉助錫紙,把雞肉緊緊的捲起來;

15烤好的雞肉卷,待溫度稍降後打開,用刀斜著切片即可;

16綠咖喱醬汁的處理:準備好的一罐椰漿和一袋綠咖喱醬;
