小技巧
1、燒茄子油稍稍多一些好吃哈 2、海鮮醬本身就是甜的,所以不用再放糖 3、老抽可以不放,要放的話一點點就好,太多顏色不好看 4、建議放柴魚片或者柴魚絲啊。。。茄子變的特別鮮
