步驟
1鍋內放冷水,放入肉塊煮開後,再煮5分鐘,取出肉塊沖洗乾淨備用

2將肉塊切成0.5cm厚的肉片

3鍋內冷油,放入姜,蒜,洋蔥炒出香味

4再放入肉片,小火慢慢煸炒

6放入2大匙黃酒,1大匙生抽,1大匙韓式辣醬,再加入半杯高湯,大火煮開後轉小火煮

7煮至醬汁濃稠即可

8平底鍋煎上一顆糖心雞蛋
