11入鍋兩面煎。油熱後下鍋,溫度一定高,由於吐司超級能吸油,千萬別煎焦了。稍微熱觀察芝士是否化。化了就可撈起來

小技巧
1.吐司的選擇:這次由於選擇了全麥葡萄乾吐司,做出來的效果很不好,太乾了。一定要選擇白吐司 2.入鍋煎的時候也不好,火候沒掌握好。油被吐司吸了太多。而且像煎春卷但芝士卻還沒化。也容易焦。理想狀態是油鍋非常熱,稍微入鍋一熱芝士一化就能起鍋了。
