步驟
1先把土豆放進去蒸,把水蒸氣蒸發掉,蒸到鬆軟熱乎,不用剝皮,一個小土豆切三下
2再把富含纖維素且能吸走油脂的蘑菇切碎

3洋蔥切碎,把洋蔥和蘑菇碎稍微炒一下炒出香味,土豆用棒子弄碎,小塊小塊的就好,不要弄成泥,將蘑菇洋蔥土豆拌在一起

4最後用厚培根將它們僅僅裹住
