1筍要切成薄片 姜切絲,如果不喜歡姜的話儘量切小一點

4鍋中放油,炒香薑絲,然後放入臘肉,翻炒一會,放入料酒

5先放入筍,翻炒一會再放入豌豆

6放醬油上色,一定要翻炒均勻

7加入淘好的大米,翻炒均勻

8然後就可以倒入電飯煲里蒸了,就跟平時蒸米飯一樣,水根據平時自己的喜好加入,我個人喜歡軟一點的,就加的水多一點。重口味的親可以在此過程加點醬油 一定要攪拌均勻
