2裹入黃油敲打成正方形

4翻起麵糰四角,將黃油包住,捏緊接口,不要有氣泡

5包好黃油的麵糰擀成長方形薄片,兩邊往中間摺疊再對摺,完成一次四折。折好的麵糰放冰箱冷藏半小時

6取出麵糰沿長邊把麵糰擀成長方形薄片,在中間的三分之一位置鋪上蜜豆

7摺疊左邊的三分之一麵皮蓋住蜜豆,並在上面鋪上蜜豆

8將右邊的三分之一麵皮摺疊上來包住蜜豆,捏住封口,放冰箱冷藏半小時

9取出麵糰,擀成厚1.5厘米厚的長方形

15溫暖濕潤處發酵至8分滿。發酵溫度不要太高,黃油會化哦。

16烤箱預熱190度,中下層全程烤45分鐘。根據上色情況蓋錫紙,大概12分鐘左右吧。烤的時候下面墊個烤盤,因為吐司模是有洞的,黃油會滴出來,清潔烤箱會很奔潰哦。表面塗點蛋液會更好看
