麵條: 1份, 鹽: 一勺+一小撮, 豬油: 3大勺, 醬油: 2大勺+小半勺, 白糖: 一勺, 豬肉絲: 適量, 香菇絲: 適量, 包心菜: 適量, 胡蘿蔔絲: 適量, 雞蛋: 1個, 米酒: 1勺
步驟
1麵條一份

2鍋中水多放些,加一勺鹽燒開,下麵條,煮開後略煮一會兒(一分鐘左右) (面可以一次多煮一些,2天內解決即可,我一次性全煮了)

3準備大量的冷水,把麵條入冷水中降溫,中途多換幾次水

4降溫後的麵條瀝干水分,放入面盆中,加入2大勺豬油,2大勺醬油,一勺白糖拌勻即可 (吃不完的麵條蓋上保鮮膜放入冰箱冷藏就好)

5雞蛋加一小撮鹽煎成蛋散 其他材料切好備用

6準備一碗麵條

7鍋中熱油,先下豬肉絲,香菇絲,胡蘿蔔絲略炒一下,再下包心菜略炒一下,放入小半勺醬油

8下麵條翻炒一會兒,放入一勺米酒增香
