雞蛋: 3個, 番茄: 4個
步驟
1先取2個番茄進行簡單處理,用刀把表皮稍微割下,然後入開水內煮一分鐘左右,就狠容易把皮去掉了

2去過皮的2個番茄切小顆,沒去皮的番茄切塊

3雞蛋打碎,放少許料酒、鹽,入油鍋,稍微讓蛋液凝固就可以出鍋

4稍微炒下就可出鍋,時間太長狠容易變老哈

5油鍋內倒入去皮的切小顆的番茄,炒啊炒,炒啊炒,讓他變成番茄醬一樣才哦開

6然後倒入切成塊的番茄同炒,稍微炒下就可放鹽調味
