步驟
1將黃油隔水融化,倒入白糖,混合均勻

3將馬鈴薯雪花粉與麵粉混勻後全部倒入黃油中,用刮刀翻拌,混合至沒有乾粉就可以了

4用手將麵糰壓緊,並輕揉成光滑的團,放入保鮮袋中,進冰箱冷藏30min

5將麵糰取出,回溫後用擀麵杖擀成厚薄均勻的麵餅用模具壓出造型

6將壓好造型的餅乾擺在烤盤上,進烤箱,上下火150℃烤12min左右即可
