步驟
1先拿牙刷把生蚝外殼洗乾淨,拿刀的背面把生蚝殼敲開!

2包好的蒜切成蒜末!

3切好的蒜末放入碗中待用!

4炒鍋內倒入油,燒熱後,倒入裝有蒜末的碗里炸熟!

5把燙好的蒜末淋入生蚝,放置一旁開始做芝士焗生蚝!

6培根切丁!

7炒鍋里倒入適量的油,加入蒜末炒出香味下培根翻炒,倒入適量的黑胡椒粉關火!

8把炒好的料倒入碗中備用!
