4洋蔥先下鍋炒依次加入肥點的五花肉,精瘦肉,臘腸,土豆,胡蘿蔔,香菇,雞蛋,蟹棒,糯米,然後加入生抽4勺,白糖,加一碗白開水燒開,關火蓋上蓋子燜一會讓所有餡料中和一下味道
