步驟
1榨菜切碎,與生粉、料酒、生抽、芝麻油、糖一起放入肉糜中拌勻,放入冰箱冷藏。喜歡吃蔥的也可以放點蔥末。

2水油皮和油酥的材料分別混合

3揉出膜後用保鮮膜包好,放入冰箱冷藏約半小時左右。
