步驟
1香菇洗凈切粒

2粉絲剪碎

4麵粉酵母水混合,揉成團,保鮮膜封好發酵至一倍大
5鍋中倒油炒香菇和豆乾,再加入粉絲快炒
6加入生抽,砂糖,鹽,胡椒粉調味,熄火放涼
7拿出麵糰揉幾下,分成15個小麵糰
8包入餡料包好
9將紙剪成四角星型,放在包子上,撒上可可粉,再將紙拿掉
