1準備好所需要的食材

2大米用清水洗過後浸泡15分鐘左右、紅蘿蔔去皮洗凈後切小段、洋蔥洗凈後隨意切塊、羊排剁成3~5cm長的段;

3鍋中加入少許油,放入洋蔥小火慢慢翻炒

6翻炒幾下,加水煮至開鍋,加鹽和生抽關火

7將煮開鍋後的羊排蘿蔔湯汁倒入壓力煲中

8加入浸泡好的大米(米泡好後瀝掉水份),用筷子趴平整
