豬肉(前腿嫩瘦肉): 500克, 菠蘿: 半個, 地瓜粉或是生粉: , 鹽: 少許, 生抽或是醬油: 適量, 白米醋: , 白糖: 三小勺, 蒜頭: 三四小個, 雞精: 適量, 亨氏番茄醬:
步驟
1瘦肉洗凈切小塊放入少許鹽抓勻,第一次放入地瓜粉拌勻備用

2準備油鍋熱油,倒比平常炒菜多三到四倍的油。等炸好肉可以將剩餘的油倒起來炒其他菜。

3開始炸肉前再裹第二次粉,多放點,太乾了加一點點水裹勻~準備下鍋

4將瘦肉炸至金黃色撈出瀝干備用~在炸肉時可以來準備醬料

5取一小碗,倒三勺白糖

6再倒白醋沒過白糖即可

9將三到四個蒜頭剁碎放入調勻備用

13將多餘的油倒起來,鍋里剩一點點油燒熱

14油鍋燒熱後將醬料倒入

15再擠入將近半包番茄醬炒勻

16將油炸好的肉塊放入翻炒幾下裹勻醬汁

17再倒入菠蘿翻炒幾下就可以出鍋。菠蘿下鍋後不能炒太久,若時間長菠蘿會變很酸很酸。翻炒幾下即可!
