步驟
1肉片用油,鹽,薑絲等腌漬一下備用;

2切蒜片,黑木耳提前泡發好並撕成小塊備用;

3秋茄去蒂,斜刀洗凈切成段;

4鍋中燒開水,下油鹽,然後下茄子焯熟,瀝干水;

5重新熱油鍋,下肉片,蒜片和黑木耳一起爆炒出香味或者肉片至熟;

6倒入焯好的秋茄一起炒勻;

小技巧
我沒有再加鹽了,因為肉片已入味,秋茄也加鹽焯過,感覺光是生抽都夠味了,為了提鮮和不要太咸,加的白糖!
