8繼續小火慢慢煮,在煮的過程中不停翻動核桃仁,待冰糖牛奶汁與核桃仁完全混合後,關火

小技巧
1、烤好的核桃仁,出烤箱後,放涼裝保鮮盒中,隨吃隨取 2、核桃因含有較多脂肪,所以一次不能吃得太多,否則會影響消化
