原料
豬皮: 500克, 料酒: 2勺, 姜: 5片, 鹽: 5克, 生抽: 400克, 醋: 150, 冰糖: 10克
步驟
1豬皮清潔乾淨,在5度的水裡浸泡12小時去腥味,然後鍋里放清水,薑片、黃酒、花椒、八角,放入豬皮大火煮開,調小火滿煮20分鐘;

2豬皮在溫度5度左右清水裡沖洗,反覆5-6遍讓豬皮降溫!!!!然後處理豬皮上的豬毛和豬肉;

3豬皮泡在湯汁里12個小時,然後取出切條備用;
