各種菌菇: 適量, 南瓜: 一小塊, 鵪鶉蛋: 幾隻, 鹽: 適量
步驟
1南瓜切塊,大火蒸熟,大約十分鐘。

2蒸熟的南瓜做成南瓜泥,用料理機打碎,或是用篩網研磨成泥,一定要用篩網,這樣南瓜泥比較細膩,去除纖維!

3各種菌菇清洗後,切片備用(香菇,白菇,杏鮑菇,蟹味菇,雞腿菇等等,隨意搭配)!

4鵪鶉蛋煮熟,鍋里少許油,煎成虎皮蛋備用

5上一步驟的油鍋,放入菌菇,中火煸炒出水分,直至水汽蒸發沒,加入鹽調味!

6加熱水,燒開後,倒入南瓜泥,鵪鶉蛋,中大火煮直湯汁粘稠!
