雞蛋:2個(107克): 低粉:70克, 細砂糖:60克: 鹽隨意
步驟
1首先將模具抹油,(黃油或者玉米油)然後把雞蛋打入無油無水的盆中

5將低粉篩入

6一次性將低筋麵粉過篩加入

7加入低粉翻拌手法混合均勻,無低粉即可

8然後麵糊倒入模具,震一下大氣泡,烤箱預熱180度
