山藥: 40克, 豬肉: 100克, 蛋清: 45克, 姜: 2克
步驟
1準備食材:豬裡脊肉100克,蛋清45克,去皮後山藥40克,生薑2克

2山藥切段,隔水蒸熟

4薑片切成絲,放在切好的裡脊肉上,腌制15分鐘去腥

5取出薑片,將豬裡脊肉放入料理機中,再倒入45克的蛋清,攪打細膩

6將攪打好的肉泥放在碗中備用

7蒸熟的山藥也同樣用料理機打成泥,然後倒入肉泥中,拌勻

8把肉泥放在錫紙上,用筷子弄成條狀,然後慢慢捲起來,接下來像卷糖果那樣,兩端反方向擰緊,擰時不要太用力,避免錫紙破了

9全部包好的山藥豬肉腸放入蒸鍋中,蓋上鍋蓋,大火蒸15分鐘左右
