1取適量麵粉揉成麵糰,麵糰不能太軟,不然等下會粘在一起

2揉好麵糰後餳十分鐘

4餳好後的麵糰,用擀麵杖擀成一個面大片

5麵皮的厚度大概有兩張餃子皮的厚度

6切成麵條

7把大面片切成大概5毫米寬的麵條

8切好麵條後再把麵條抓在一起,橫切成5毫米寬的正方形面片

10準備一把新木梳

11拿起一個小面片,在梳子上一撮,面片自己就捲起來了

13現在我們準備菜,番茄儘量選擇大個的,把菜洗乾淨

15燒水,把搓好的麻食下鍋煮熟

16煮好後的麻食過涼水,備用

17開始炒菜 ,這裡要說下順序,先炒雞肉丁,雞肉丁八成熟就盛出來,再炒番茄,這裡的番茄很重要,一定要等番茄汁完全被燉出後再放入其他的菜,這樣味道才好吃。然後依次放入老抽,生抽,鹽,根據自己口味調整

18菜炒差不多了,就放入剛才過冷水的麻食 在入鍋燴一下,攪拌均勻後可以出鍋了
