原料
中筋麵粉: 400克, 食用油: 50克, 鹽: 5克, 酵母: 5克, 雞蛋: 1個, 牛奶: 120克, 白芝麻(表面): 適量, 食用油(表面): 適量, 洋蔥(表面): 六分之一個
步驟
1所有麵糰材料混合揉成光滑均勻的麵糰,放到溫暖處發酵至兩倍大小

2發酵好的麵糰排氣後均勻分成兩份,略微滾圓,蓋上保鮮膜鬆弛15分鐘

3一班的洋蔥切絲,泡在小半碗水中,揉捏洋蔥使其出汁,做好洋蔥水備用

4另一半洋蔥切末備用

5取一塊鬆弛好的麵糰,擀開成周圍厚中間薄的樣子,如圖,然後均勻塗上兩遍洋蔥水

6均勻粘上一層白芝麻,用手略按壓使芝麻粘牢
