金針菇250克, 洋蔥少許, 香菜1棵, 花椒油1勺, 芝麻香油1茶匙, 味極鮮2勺, 香醋1勺, 白糖1小勺, 鹽適量, 西紅柿2個, 肥牛卷一斤, 白鬍椒適量, 番茄醬少許, 蒸魚豉油半勺, 蒜少量
