原料
米飯, 雞蛋, 小麥胚芽(或者肉鬆), 泡菜, 蔥, 黃瓜, 胡蘿蔔, 拌飯醬, 番茄醬, 鹽
步驟
1 黃瓜和胡蘿蔔切成丁;

2 把胡蘿蔔煮一下或者用油炒一下;

3 在案板上鋪一張保鮮膜,鋪上煮好的米飯,用手壓實;

4 米飯上放胡蘿蔔丁和黃瓜丁;

5 放上一勺小麥胚芽,沒有的話改做肉鬆;

8 用力把飯糰包緊後摁扁;

9 平底鍋里加入橄欖油,放入飯糰兩邊稍微煎一下;
