鴨胗320克, 青椒120克, 胡蘿蔔70克, 六月鮮特級醬油適量, 鹽適量, 雞精適量, 生薑適量, 黃酒適量
步驟
1 把鴨胗洗凈

2 先對半切開

5 炒鍋里加入適量的水,煮沸,倒入鴨胗

6 煮一會上面就會有很多浮沫出現,把鴨胗倒出來沖洗一下

7 炒鍋加入適量的水,加入適量的生薑片,黃酒

8 倒入鴨胗煮30-45分鐘後,撈出

小技巧
1.鴨胗不改刀花紋,直接切薄片也行
