從小吃到大的糍飯糰如今自己想吃也可以做起來了…一般糍飯糰分為咸甜兩種口味…將熱騰騰的糯米飯鋪上芝麻、白糖、肉鬆、油條~咬上一口,香甜無比,要吃鹹的也很簡單。
原料
糯米 一小碗, 大米 一小碗, 油條 一根, 榨菜 (咸糍飯) 適量, 肉鬆 咸糍飯、甜糍飯 適量, 芝麻粉 (甜糍飯) 適量, 白糖 (甜糍飯) 適量
步驟
1大米糯米隔夜浸泡

2我用電飯煲煮

8放一張保鮮膜~勺背濕水攤開~這樣不會很粘

9先做鹹的,把肉鬆、榨菜、油條(這裡的油條我是復炸過的,喜歡吃脆脆的口感,更香,你也可以放整條)都放在糯米飯上

10把一半的飯糰放在手心~然後再用勺子盛點糯米飯蓋在上面
