小技巧
1.做菜飯一般要用到比較多的葉子,所以可以在菜場裡專門買,而且價格也便宜; 2.做菜飯一定要把香腸和這個萵苣葉在油里煸炒過才香,但不能炒過頭,葉子焉下午就可以,如果你放鹹肉也要把記得煸炒一下,油量記得比平時炒菜略微多一點點; 3.加水後記得要放鹽和味精調味,或者用自製味精; 4.這個菜飯和平時電飯褒煮飯是一樣的,但是水量記得比你平時煮白飯的用量少四分之一左右,那樣正合適;
