12雞肉炒干後關火去拿砂鍋

17砂鍋不能上來就用大火,先小火加熱15分鐘

18再轉大火,燉開後轉小火

19燉一個小時後,用筷子試試雞塊是否爛了,如果燉爛了就可以放入所有土豆塊

20這個時候再加鹽,蓋鍋蓋,再燉十五分鐘就OK了,差不多是等湯還剩1/2就好
