玉米面, 蘿蔔纓, 韭菜, 蝦皮, 食用油, 甜麵醬, 五香粉, 餃子餡調料, 鹽, 味精, 香油, 豬油
步驟
1蘿蔔纓擇洗乾淨

2鍋內放水燒開,水開後放蘿蔔纓稍微燙一下,撈出放涼水中過涼
3玉米面放盆中,倒入開水,邊倒邊攪拌,攪至玉米面成顆粒狀,基本看不見乾粉即可

4用手揉勻

5蓋上蓋子醒30分鐘

6焯好的蘿蔔纓撈出控凈水分,切成碎粒

7韭菜擇洗乾淨,切碎
8切好的蘿蔔纓和韭菜放盆中,加少許豬油(要想做好的菜餑餑好吃,豬油是必不可少的,這次用的豬油,是用豬肥膘肉練的,只加少許就可以,不用太多,因為還要加一些食用油)

9加五香粉,餃子餡調料,少許味精,食用油,少許甜麵醬,適量鹽

10最後放蝦皮
