1新買來的豆腐在鹽水中腌一下,切大片

5炸豆腐:豆腐在冷油中入鍋(可防止粘鍋和往外濺油),中火

6將豆腐炸至兩面金黃撈出(炸的過程不要亂動豆腐,可以輕輕晃動鍋子,豆腐就不會粘鍋了,一面炸好後再翻面炸另一面)

7炸好的豆腐裝入盤中,上鍋蒸5分鐘

8蒸豆腐的過程中來炒番茄肉末,熱鍋涼油,將肉丁炒至變色

9放入蔥姜蒜末、五香粉略炒,放醬油、蚝油、鹽略炒

10放入西紅柿末,翻炒至湯汁變濃稠即可出鍋
