原料

木耳 100g提前半泡發去根洗凈撕成大塊, 雞蛋 3個, 洋蔥 半個切絲, 生抽醬油 1茶勺, 油、鹽 適量

步驟

1準備食材

2雞蛋炒熟備用。

3中火炒鍋倒入油把洋蔥炒出香味後加入木耳,加醬油和鹽調味。

4加入雞蛋翻炒均勻後就可以出鍋了,出鍋前嘗嘗味道。
