原料
排骨 900克, 白醋 60ml, 白糖 40克, 青椒 適量, 胡蘿蔔 適量, 番茄漿 60ml, 生薑 5片, 蒜 5瓣, 鹽 2小勺, 生抽 30ml, 生粉 6大匙
步驟
1排骨切小段,沖洗乾淨血水、瀝干,用鹽、生抽、姜、蒜、生粉腌1個小時以上

2青椒和胡蘿蔔切小塊用開水焯一下斷生

3把排骨粘上一層生粉,把多餘的生粉抖掉

4用小奶鍋里放油,加熱至冒煙時,把粘了生粉的排骨放進去,大火炸1分鐘。轉小火把排骨炸熟,最後再開大火炸半分鐘逼出油

5撈起排骨,瀝干油,晾涼

6白糖、白醋、番茄醬一起放進鍋里,加入4湯匙水,煮成濃稠狀的酸甜醬

7晾涼的排骨放進鍋里
