低筋麵粉 120克, 豆沙 200克, 黃油 40克, 雞蛋 40克, 糖粉 20克, 蛋黃液 少許, 芝麻 少許
步驟
1黃油軟化後加入糖粉打發

2再分次加入雞蛋打發,注意不要油水分離

3低筋麵粉過篩

6用擀麵棍擀成長方形面片

7用刀分成兩半

8一半的上面放100克搓好的豆沙餡長條

9然後將兩邊封口,封口後的樣子見上面那條。把封口處朝下,切成小塊

10上面刷蛋液,撒芝麻,烤箱180度預熱,中層,烤20分鐘左右上色即可
