原料
干黃豆, 洋蔥, 小尖椒, 大蒜, 米醋, 鹽, 白糖, 甜油
步驟
1首先要將干黃豆泡發,泡的過程中要更換兩次清水

2然後將泡好的黃豆跟冷水一起下鍋煮熟,煮至面沙口感最好
