1、豆渣一定要擰乾再做豆渣餅哈 2、加雞蛋可以增加粘性 3、玉米面比例多少自己控制,少一點的話,豆渣餅吃起來口感會粗糙些,反之。。你懂的 4、做豆渣餅的時候豆渣先捏幾下,這樣子不容易散哈
