簡介
「素炒鱔魚絲」雖然是以香菇為主料,但由於香菇經過整形後非常神似鱔魚,而且油炸烹飪後的口感也與鱔絲不相上下,做出來後外焦里嫩、甜鹹味濃。 這道素菜葷做的方法也很簡單,但讓人吃到口裡絕對以假亂真,讓人分辨不出,還在感嘆「鱔魚」好吃。
原料
干香菇, 香菜, 紅蘿蔔, 姜, 大蔥, 醬油, 生抽, 醋, 糖, 生粉, 鹽, 味精
步驟
1將冬菇泡發洗凈,輕輕攥干水分

2用剪子沿著冬菇的圓邊轉圈剪成長條,並斷成5cm左右的條
