原料
白菜(白菜梆和白菜葉分開), 豬肉餡, 粉條(提前用溫水泡軟), 蔥, 姜, 蒜末, 花椒, 鹽, 生抽, 蚝油, 五香粉, 味精
步驟
1鍋燒熱後倒入油,放入花椒粒,爆香後,將蔥姜蒜末放進去

2出香味後,放入豬肉餡

3半勺五香粉

7取一個碗,盛出

8然後先將白菜梆放入鍋中煸炒幾下

11炒勻後,將提前泡好的粉條倒入,均勻的鋪在白菜上。(這個時候不要炒拌,粉條如果被攪到鍋底的話,繼續加熱容易糊鍋)

12最後將炒好的肉餡倒在粉條上,蓋上鍋蓋,小火燜上2、3分鐘,開蓋,將所有的食材炒拌一下,出鍋
