1取一干净容器,称量莜面210克

2倒入210克开水,边倒边搅拌

13一个一个做,做了这么多,花了蛮多时间滴

14大火煮开锅中的水,把蒸笼放上,边缘用布塞紧防蒸汽泄漏(拍照的时候没有塞,后来用洗碗布塞紧的),蒸十五分钟就可以了(没蒸熟的口感有些粘粘的,蒸熟以后口感老劲道了)
15把韭菜芹菜黄瓜洗干净切成小粒,青红椒洗净也切成小粒,烂腌菜备用

16小葱香菜洗净切小,大蒜头切末(忘记拍进去了)
