小技巧
介纹的时候记得分清是哪一面,没有花纹膜那面,介错面鱿鱼就不能卷,完成品就不会有那漂亮的花纹了。放在毛巾上的作用就是吸走多余的水分,鱿鱼炸的时候就不会出水,鱿鱼才会脆,如果想更脆口吃,就不要炒了,炸好直接撒上椒盐吃吧,多喝两瓶啤酒
