排骨: 750克, 冰糖: 60克, 姜: 10片, 料酒: 6勺, 白米醋: 60毫升, 生菜: 3片(摆盘用,可不准备), 生抽: 5勺左右(小汤匙哦)

1所有材料洗净待用,排骨买的时候让师傅剁成小指头长短,要挑有肥肉的那种买哦,全是瘦肉的煮出来口感发硬,还很柴。
